I met Linda via the Internet website after a fairly short search. I was specifically looking for a property consultant that was local to the area. Not someone in another country selling properties in an area or country that they possibly had never even been to.
As a resident in Dubai and directly involved in the construction industry, I wouldn't consider buying without seeing first, so I organised a visit coordinated with Linda to allow me to view various properties, see the surrounding area and get some first hand information on the purchase process, rental potential etc.
While I viewed a number of properties, some more than once, I didn't feel under any undue pressure to buy a particular property at any time. The service was helpful and keen, but not pressurising.
I do recommend Altinkum Property Investments for any property purchase in the area - I have found them to provide a friendly, professional and helpful service.
Although the specific property I purchased off plan has suffered from a delayed completion date, Linda put forward a comprehensive and very fair temporary solution of providing a similar property for my use free of charge to cover the period of delay. This particular solution was unsolicited by me and involved no argument or disagreement, but comprised a straightforward and very reasonable proposal from Linda which I was happy to accept.

We met Linda & Ed through friends who also have property in Altinkum back in April 2007.
Linda arranged an inspection flight for us a few weeks later, we stayed for three days and in that time bought the apartment we now have along with all the furniture. Linda was helpful in all manner of ways from buying the everyday things to furnish the apartment to the legal side of things i.e. deeds, utilities, etc which are now in our name.
We would recommend Linda & Ed everytime, Linda goes beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is ok and her clients are more than happy with the service she gives.

Buying a property abroad is a big step to take and you need to deal with honest and reliable people.
Whilst on holiday in Altinkum we were fortunate enough to meet Ed and Linda. They showed us various properties, nothing was too much trouble and we were not put under any pressure. You have the advantage of dealing with English people and having lived in Turkey for several years they have the answers to all your questions, and if they do not know they will find out for you.
We are having a villa built through them and the standard has exceeded all expectations. When we are not there we have had regular progress reports and photos by email. Any queries we had by email were always answered promptly. We feel completely safe and confident in their hands and they take all the hassle out of something that could be full of stress, and therefore cannot thank them enough and have no hesitation in recommending them 100%.

" On our first visit to Turkey to explore the possibility of buying our place in the sun we had the pleasure of meeting Ed and Linda. During our stay they showed us around a number of properties, some which we asked to see more than once and on different days (we were very cautious and wanted to be sure we would make the right choice when investing what for us was a substantial amount of money). All of the time we were viewing properties nothing was too much trouble for them, all of our questions were answered fully and honestly and with no pressure whatsoever, in fact quite the opposite. They wanted to be as certain as we were that we made the correct choice. We placed a reservation on a partly completed property with them and returned home.
We received regular updates and pictures showing the progress and any questions we had were answered straight away and ALL of our Emails were responded to without exception within 24hours.
Recently we have stayed in our new property for the first time and during this time we again met up with Ed and Linda and just as the first time we met we found that nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped with the purchase of furniture, white goods, cleaning products and transport around town. The list of help we received could go on and on, in fact we would have really struggled to do it without them. As with any new property we have a small snagging list but from the moment it was handed over things started to get done.
The service we received was the whole complete package no corners cut, no excuses just a 'can do' attitude which in our opinion was above and beyond the call of duty. We cannot thank them or recommend highly enough. The process of purchasing a property with Ed and Linda was straight forward and hassle free, we felt completely safe and thank them whole heartedly for everything."
