If you already own a property in Altinkum and would like us to advertise it and start taking bookings for you, we are happy to do so at a small cost to cover photos and uploading to the website. We charge a 15% commission on bookings we take on your behalf. We take care of all the booking forms and payments, clean your property before arrival of your guests, arrange airport transfers, meet guests on arrival with keys and are available 24/7 for emergencies.

We personally check all properties we advertise and ensure they all have quality fittings and furniture, along with air conditioning. As part of our Terms and Conditions we recommend that you take out our rental management service on bookings we take on your behalf so that your guests can be assured of a first class service. We reserve the right to refuse to advertise properties that do not fit our criteria. In this way we can be sure that rental guests have a quality holiday.

Please be advised that if you are renting out your property you need to register with the local Tax Office to declare rental income. We can assist with this.
