To book your accommodation, please first check the availability calendar and then fill in the on-line enquiry form.

After you have chosen your accommodation, we will provisionally hold this booking for 5 days whilst you book your flights and send us the deposit.

Payment Terms
We require a £100 non-refundable booking deposit which will be payable within 5 days of invoice being issued. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure, A £100 refundable security deposit against breakages and damage will ge payable on arrival. We do not make a charge for small breakages as we accept that accidents can happen. Lost keys are charged at £50 as the lock will need to be changed by a locksmith. The security deposit will be returned to you on your departure if everything is in order.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancelation Terms
If a booking is cancelled by you, all sums paid, except the non-refundable deposit, will be returned as follows:

Insurance
We recommend that all clients take out adequate travel insurance. All accommodation has buildings and contents cover but this does not cover guests belongings.
Check-In and Departure Times
Check in and departure times are given below. These times are negotiable by request and are dependent on previous or following guests and cleaning turnaround times. We will always try to make the accommodation available to you until your transfer departure time.
Earliest check-in time - 3:00 pm
Latest check-out time - 1:00 pm
Payment Method
We can accept payment by cheque or electronic transfer into our UK account. Account details will be sent to you with the non-refundable deposit invoice.
We are also able to accept payment in any currency using Paypal. However there is a 3.4% charge + £0.20 which will be added to the rental fee. This is to ensure that we do not increase our prices for those customers who choose not to pay via this method.
