We specialise in the rental of holiday villas and apartments in the popular resort of Altinkum on the Aegean Coast of Turkey. We are a sister company of Altinkum Property Investments Ltd who have been operating in the area since 2004. Unlike many other companies we are actually resident in Altinkum 12 months of the year and are on hand to help you during your stay.

We have many apartments that are adjacent to each other to accommodate larger groups. We offer an automatic 10% discount if you book more than one apartment on the same complex.

We personally vet and manage locally every property that we advertise on this site. In this way we can guarantee you will be delighted with your chosen holiday accommodation. We will even place you in alternative accommodation if you are not entirely satisfied. All accommodation has air conditioning as standard, fully fitted kitchens, bedding and towels. We ask that you provide your own beach and pool towels.
We aim to be flexible in our bookings and therefore do not have fixed check-in and check-out days in order to give you greater freedom over flights. We are equally flexible with check-in and check-out times and our aim is for you to keep the accommodation until you are ready to depart for the airport. Extra days are charged on a pro-rata basis. All prices quoted are per week and not per person.
At the start of your holiday you will be met by one of our representatives who will hand over the keys to you and settle you in. We are on hand 24/7 if you need us during your stay. All accommodation will be cleaned to a high standard prior to your arrival and a welcome pack will be provided to get you started along with an information pack of the accommodation and local area. There is a weekly maid service and linen change provided on most of our properties. If you require a daily service there is an extra cost - please just ask. This is in order to keep our prices down but we do recognise that you may not want to do your own cleaning whilst on holiday.
For the 2010 season we are able to offer private yacht charters either by the day or for longer on board the Roc of La Rochelle which is based in the Didim Marina just 5 minutes from Dolphin 1. The Roc is a 35 foot Dufour classic and provides comfort and safety. Please contact us and we will make arrangements to suit your requirements. Charters include sailing tuition or you can simply relax on board and let us transport you on the crystal clear Aegean, stopping at small bays for swimming opportunities and lunch on board. We are able to arrange itineraries to suit including trips to the nearby Greek Islands. Rates are very reasonable and start at £20 per person per day, including lunch. For day trips we take a maximum of 6 people on board for your comfort and safety and 2 people for overnight sails. If you are interested in a sailing holiday we can arrange a package to suit you and your time-scales with accommodation and sailing inclusive price.
