The lounge is a good size and includes satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning and a double bed settee which accommodates an additional 2. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay like hob, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, fridge and microwave unit. There is a balcony off the lounge which has a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.

The Dolphin Homes complex is minutes (350m) from the main beach. Aside from the beautiful beach itself - and the many bars and restaurants to choose from - there is a small harbour where you can take a day trip around the local bays for less than £10.

The 3rd beach - which is also within a similarly short distance - is much quieter than the main beach for those who want to get away from the crowds. On the beach there are 2 restaurant/bars and a sailing/diving centre.

You are never far from a Dolmas (mini-bus) route in Altinkum. Walk 100m from the complex and you will find regular services going into the town, market, Apollon Temple, Yesilkent and Mavisehir for less than £1.

For the 2010 season we are able to offer private yacht charters either by the day or for longer on board the Roc of La Rochelle who is based in the Didim Marina which is 5 minutes from Dolphin 1. The Roc is a 35 foot Dufour classic and provides comfort and safety. Please contact us and we will make arrangements to suit your requirements. Charters include sailing tuition or you can simply relax on board and let us transport you on the crystal clear Aegean, stopping at small bays for swimming opportunities and lunch on board. We are able to arrange itineraries to suit including trips to the nearby Greek Islands. Rates are very reasonable and start at £20 per person per day, including lunch. For day trips we take a maximum of 6 people on board for your comfort and safety and 2 people for overnight sails. If you are interested in a sailing holiday we can arrange a package to suit with accommodation and sailing inclusive price.
