Property Description

This first floor 2 bedroom apartment has one double bedded room with balcony overlooking the pool and one single bedded room with a single bed that turns into a double bed, along with a good sized lounge with double bed settee and a further balcony overlooking the pool. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen within the lounge area. There is a family bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath with shower over.

Location

The Europlaza complex is a 5 minute bus ride from the main Altinkum beaches and marina. Apart from the wide choice of restaurants which are close to the restaurant there are many more to choose from in Altinkum's main beach area. Aside from the beautiful beach itself - and the many bars and restaurants to choose from - there is a small harbour where you can take a day trip around the local bays for less than £10.

The 3rd beach - which is also within a similarly short distance - is much quieter than the main beach for those who want to get away from the crowds. On this beach there is a restaurant/bar and a sailing/diving centre.

You are never far from a Dolmas (mini-bus) route in Altinkum. You will find regular services going into the town, market (held every Saturday), Apollon Temple, Yesilkent and Mavisehir for less than £1.

Facilities

The owners have provided furniture for the terrace. The kitchen has an oven and fridge and is fully equipped for all your food preparation and serving needs, along with a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.
