Property Description

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated just a few metres from the Tuntas beach in Altinkum. It has 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin bedded, and a spacious living room with separate kitchen and dining area along with a bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath with shower over, and a balcony off the lounge which has stunning beach and sea views. Patio furniture is provided on the balcony where you can sit and take in the views, relaxing over your favourite tipple!

The Apartment is air conditioned for your comfort. A travel cot is available by request.

Location

The position of this apartment is second to none and so close to the beach you are almost on it! The views from the lounge and balcony are fantastic. Although this apartment is situated right in the beach and entertainment area, it is fairly peaceful although you will experience some noise coming from the nearby restaurants in the evenings.

There are numerous hotels nearby which have large pools open for your use along with the stunning blue flag beaches with water sports. The blue flag beach in Altinkum is gently shelving and shallow making it safe for families. There are also lifeguards on the beach.

You will be spoilt for choice for your evening entertainment as there are numerous restaurants and bars with something for all tastes including Turkish, Meditteranean and international cuisine on offer. Many of the restaurants in Altinkum show the league football matches too so you don't need to miss any of your favourite fixtures!

If you don't fancy the main serviced beaches, a short walk along the headland will bring you to secluded coves - just perfect for snorkelling and chilling out.

There is a regular mini bus service which will take you to the nearby town of Didim just 1 kilometer away which has a weekly market along with the Temple of Apollo (2 km) and the Aqua Park (3km).

For those of you who prefer a more lively night time entertainment, the nearby Medusa Disco is open each night in the summer season until the early hours.

Facilities

The apartment has a fully equipped separate kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, along with a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. All cooking pans, crockery and cutlery are provided for self-catering although you have so many restaurants on your doorstep you are unlikely to want to stay in!

There is one double bedroom and a twin bedded room, providing accommodation for 4 people. The lounge has two large bed settees which provides accommodation for an additional 2 people. There is a balcony off the lounge with a table and seating for 6 which overlooks the beach and the ideal spot to enjoy the sunset.

There is a hotel directly opposite the apartment which has a pool available for your use or alternatively there is a wide range of hotels nearby which have pools open to the public, along with the Aegean on your doorstep

Our management team will meet you on arrival and show you around. They are on hand 24/7 should you require assistance. A full information pack is provided on the accommodation and the local area.

All bedding and towels are provided along with a weekly maid service and Welcome Pack with all the basics to get you started. We ask that you provide your own beach and pool towels.
