This 4 bedroom detached villa with private pool is in a quiet rural location surrounded by fields with spectacular views from all rooms. It has 4 balconies and a large covered roof terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It is surrounded by well-stocked mature gardens to all sides with a park area to the front of the property. There is a gated garage area for parking.
There are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with its own shower room, and one single bedroom. The master bedroom has its own en-suite jacuzzi bathroom and in addition there is a family bathroom with walk in shower.
This property is ideal for those who like the privacy of their own pool, spectacular sea views from all rooms and a luxury villa fitted to a high standard.
Location
10 minute stroll to the main Altinkum beaches and local amenities, yet is quiet and tranquil for those who desire a 'get away from it all' location.

This villa has all the features you would expect from a luxury property including solar water, Satellite TV and DVD, double glazing, security shutters, jacuzzi, air conditioning (5 units).
State of the art kitchen with Italian black granite work surfaces, stainless steel integrated appliances including fan oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electronic water dispenser and extractor fan. Everything you could need for meal preparation and entertaining is provided.
Private pool with plenty of shady areas provided around along with sun beds. BBQ patio area with seating. The pool is entered by shallow steps, ideal for sitting and having a cool drink.
All bedding and towels are provided

"We stayed in Ed and Linda's villa in August 2006 and were absolutely delighted both with the villa and location. It was quiet and tranquil, fabulous views, yet only 10 minutes to the beach. The pool was great and was kept clean by the owners throughout our stay. We had plenty of room and the kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel fitted everything, including a dishwasher. The cupboards were stocked with basic ingredients for our use and there was a welcome pack provided. We particularly enjoyed the over-sized jacuzzi en-suite bath. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Ed and Linda came in to clean and change the bedding at the end of the first week so all we had to do was enjoy our holiday. they also provided an information pack and were on hand 24/7 if we needed them. The local restaurant owners are so friendly and helpful and we were able to get a lift back to the villa at the end of each evening which saved us a taxi. We can't wait to return."

Had a great time at the villa and would highly recommend a stay there. Colin & I liked the fact that you were there to meet us and show us around, especially, as this was our first time there and in Altinkum. The welcome pack was most appreciated and the villa was really like 'home from home'. The pool maintenance was really great and Alison also did a very good job of the maid/cleaning service as well and we wish her all the best in her stay in Altinkum. Colin & I will be looking at flights to Turkey in the next couple of weeks to see if we can get better flight times and we will see where we are from there. It is very possible we will be booking again for next year.

Just returned from a two week stay at Villa Linda. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could want for your stay. The owners were on hand 24/7 if needed. Pool serviced daily. The location was very peaceful - ideal for a total chill out.
Altinkum was a short walk away - 10-15 mins. Dolmus 5 mins away down a dirt track, however they stopped fairly early around 10pm so a taxi was required for return, or a lot of local restaurants did a pick up and drop off service for free.
The photos do not do the villa justice as it was fantastic. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone.
