This penthouse apartment is arranged on two levels and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The first floor has a large lounge with a double bed settee which provides sleeping for 2 and has a balcony with table and chairs for 6 overlooking the pools and ornate gardens, a fully equipped separate kitchen with a balcony, a twin bedroom and shower room.

The second level is accessed via a curved marble staircase and has a spacious landing area leading to a large balcony with views of the pools and ornate gardens and 2 double bedrooms, both of which have their own en-suite shower room.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

The Dolphin Homes complex is minutes (350m) from the main beach. Aside from the beautiful beach itself - and the many bars and restaurants to choose from - there is a small harbour where you can take a day trip around the local bays for less than £10.

The 3rd beach - which is also within a similarly short distance - is much quieter than the main beach for those who want to get away from the crowds. On this beach there are 2 restaurant/bars and a sailing/diving centre. The new yachting marina is opposite this beach.

You are never far from a Dolmas (mini-bus) route in Altinkum. Walk 100m from the complex and you will find regular services going into the town, market, Apollon Temple, Yesilkent and Mavisehir for less than £1.

Apartment lovely, very clean and very bright. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. More importantly, plenty of hanging space, Washing machine a definite bonus !!! came home with cases full of clean clothes. Ed very helpful in showing us around the apartment, how things worked, security etc. Reg & Frank very helpful around the pool/restaurant, nothing was too much trouble, even to the point of booking taxis, arranging mini buses to go to other restaurants! Pool area very clean and tidy, plenty of sun beds/space, gardens well maintained. The resort of Altinkum is quite spread out, about a 10 min walk to Dolphin square, but there was a dolmus opposite at the Esra Apts to take you there for 1 lira each. Plenty of choices of where to eat, Olio restaurant, if you can find it ( Nr the Tunthas Hotel) fantastic food, a little different to the normal Turkish restaurants. Also Secret Spice ( Indian/Chinese), India Gate ( Indian - surprisingly enough!), very good as well. I think a map of the area would be helpful. Croeseus tour excellent service for picking up/dropping back off at the airport. Overall great holiday would have no trouble recommending these apartments to anyone. Excellent value for money - without doubt better than any package deal. Hope to use other apartments/villas in the near future. Thanks again ( Party of 20 in 6 apartments on the complex).
