The lower floor has a fully fitted kitchen / lounge with covered terrace off having views of a large green area. There is a twin bedded room on this floor and shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The upper floor is reached via a marble staircase which leads to a double bedroom with bathroom. There is a large open roof terrace on the upper floor with sun beds, swing seat and built-in BBQ.

The Dolphin Homes complex is minutes (350m) from the main beach. Aside from the beautiful beach itself - and the many bars and restaurants to choose from - there is a small harbour where you can take a day trip around the local bays for less than £10.
The 3rd beach - which is also within a similarly short distance - is much quieter than the main beach for those who want to get away from the crowds. On the beach there are 2 restaurant/bars and a sailing/diving centre.
You are never far from a Dolmas (mini-bus) route in Altinkum. Walk 100m from the complex and you will find regular services going into the town, market, Apollon Temple, Yesilkent and Mavisehir for less than £1.
Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self catering needs. All bed linen and towels are provided along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a weekly clean and linen turnaround provided, along with a welcome pack on arrival.
