"We stayed in Ed and Linda's villa in August 2006 and were absolutely delighted both with the villa and location. It was quiet and tranquil, fabulous views, yet only 10 minutes to the beach. The pool was great and was kept clean by the owners throughout our stay. We had plenty of room and the kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel fitted everything, including a dishwasher. The cupboards were stocked with basic ingredients for our use and there was a welcome pack provided. We particularly enjoyed the over-sized jacuzzi en-suite bath. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Ed and Linda came in to clean and change the bedding at the end of the first week so all we had to do was enjoy our holiday. they also provided an information pack and were on hand 24/7 if we needed them. The local restaurant owners are so friendly and helpful and we were able to get a lift back to the villa at the end of each evening which saved us a taxi. We can't wait to return."

Had a great time at the villa and would highly recommend a stay there. Colin & I liked the fact that you were there to meet us and show us around, especially, as this was our first time there and in Altinkum. The welcome pack was most appreciated and the villa was really like 'home from home'. The pool maintenance was really great and Alison also did a very good job of the maid/cleaning service as well and we wish her all the best in her stay in Altinkum. Colin & I will be looking at flights to Turkey in the next couple of weeks to see if we can get better flight times and we will see where we are from there. It is very possible we will be booking again for next year.

We spent 2 weeks in Altinkum with our children and had a fab time. Last year we stayed in an apartment with a shared pool and it was great to have our own private pool this year. We were delighted with the standard of the villa and found it had everything we needed for an enoyable holiday. We went out most evenings but it was a pleasure to prepare meals in the kitchen where everything is provided, even down to an electric vegetable steamer! The pool area was great and a contractor came along each day to clean it so it was constantly sparkling. The sun beds were very useful and we were even provided with further parasols we requested as it was very hot during our stay which you would expect in July. We only wish we could have stayed longer .....

We were met by the owners themselves and were surprised to find a fully detached large well appointed villa for our exclusive use along with a superb private swimming, gardens all surrounded by a discreet wall. On entry the quality of fixtures and fittings, black granite surfaces, modern appliances was immediately apparent.We were staggered to find the rest of the house, bedrooms and furniture was equally well appointed and the photos on the website had done nothing to prepare us and do the villa no justice. Amazing value for money and our every expectation was met and then some. Everything we could possibly need other than food was provided including a selection of books and DVDs. The local shop was just 2 minutes away, main beach and activities a 10 minute walk. The terrace on the top of the house has a 360 degree panoramic view tops off a truly remarkable villa. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone whatever the configuration of your party, this place has something for everyone of all ages. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a two week stay at Villa Linda. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could want for your stay. The owners were on hand 24/7 if needed. Pool serviced daily. The location was very peaceful - ideal for a total chill out.

Altinkum was a short walk away - 10-15 mins. Dolmus 5 mins away down a dirt track, however they stopped fairly early around 10pm so a taxi was required for return, or a lot of local restaurants did a pick up and drop off service for free.

The photos do not do the villa justice as it was fantastic. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone.

We booked this villa for a family holiday with 3 generations of family including a young toddler for which a cot and highchair was provided. We found there was something for all ages in the resort and the villa itself was very comfortable.

At first we were concerned about keeping the baby away from the pool but found it was simple to block the terrace area off so that she could not get down to the pool level which meant the family could relax, knowing she was safe. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. We have been to Altinkum many times in the past but never found anywhere else that offered the high standard we found at the villa. It was spotlessly clean and we had a fabulous week. It was only a few minutes walk down to the beach and restaurants yet we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the surroundings at the villa. Apart from the sea view it was hard to imagine we were in the middle of a resort which means you get the best of all worlds.

The approach road to the villa is unfinished and up a slight rise but this didn't give us too much trouble, even with a pushchair. All in all we would recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys a quiet get away and sole use of a swimming pool.
