The first floor has a large lounge with a double bed settee to sleep an additional 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen, twin bedroom and shower room. There is access to a terrace with views to the rear gardens off the lounge which is equipped with patio furniture.

The second level is accessed via a curved marble staircase and has a spacious landing area which has a double bed settee which sleeps an additional 2 people. The landing has access to a large terrace with views of fields, and has 2 double bedrooms, both of which have their own en-suite shower room.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

The Dolphin Homes complex is minutes (350m) from the main beach. Aside from the beautiful beach itself - and the many bars and restaurants to choose from - there is a small harbour where you can take a day trip around the local bays for less than £10.

The 3rd beach - which is also within a similarly short distance - is much quieter than the main beach for those who want to get away from the crowds. On the beach there are 2 restaurant/bars and a sailing/diving centre.

You are never far from a Dolmas (mini-bus) route in Altinkum. Walk 100m from the complex and you will find regular services going into the town, market, Apollon Temple, Yesilkent and Mavisehir for less than £1.

Facilities

For your entertainment, satellite TV and DVD player is provided. The kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a safe available for your valuables.

All bedding and towels are provided along with a weekly maid service and Welcome Pack with all the basics to get you started
